Verroa Oy, a quality and sustainability consulting company founded in 2025, is getting a new shareholder and a venture capitalist. The new shareholder is Rento Innovations Oy, a software company also based in Salo, and the investor is Santava Oy, which has invested in over 20 companies.

Rento Innovations Oy is a full-service software company based in Salo, Finland, founded in 2015. The agile company focuses on understanding customers' processes and providing effective, practical solutions.

Santava Oy, another new Verroa shareholder, is a company specializing in investment, whose portfolio includes companies in the IT sector in particular.

Verroa Oy is known as a consulting company combining quality management and sustainability.
It helps companies simplify and manage quality systems, sustainability reporting and supply chains. The company now employs three people and aims for sustainable growth. Verroa also offers quality management and implementation according to the NATO AQAP 2110 standard. The company's founding partners are Stina Siikonen, Mari Ruohomäki and Petteri Saisto.
